  • This usually happens more in teenagers as well as pregnant women since they tend to sweat more because of the hormonal changes.
  • Human feet contain the biggest number of sweat glands, compared with other places in our bodies. Each foot has over 250,000 sweat glands. Therefore, your feet are one of the body parts that are the most perspiring.

Several green tea bags will be perfect. Pour some warm water in a tub then leave the tea bags there for about 10 minutes. After that, sit on the tub and dip your feet in the water as you are relaxing. Green tea has the power to kill the bacteria that causes bad foot odor.

Salt:

Pour warm water in a tub then tap a small amount of kosher salt in it. After that, you can dip your feet in the water and let them dry naturally.

Vinegar:

Pour a small amount of vinegar in warm water in a bucket then soak your feet in it for as long as you want.

Baby powder:

It is a good idea to pour in your shoes a small amount of baby powder. By doing so, your feet will be dry for a long period of time.

Zinc acts as a very powerful tool to destroy the annoying smell in your feet. Therefore, it is necessary to consume foods that contain zinc, such as apples.

Foot relaxer:

Use half a cup of peroxide, usually contained in the body wash that you like most, and half a cup of baking soda. Mix them together then pour the mixture in a bucket filled with warm water then start to dip your feet in it. Leave them there for about 15 minutes then use a pumice stone to rub your feet. By rubbing your feet with pumice stone, all the dead skin cells on your feet will be removed. Finally, pat dry your feet when you are finished.

Listerine mouthwash:

Pour some warm water in a bucket then add a small amount of Listerine mouthwash in it. Dip your feet in the water and leave them there for a few minutes. The Listerine has the ability to destroy all the bacteria living on your feet that causes the annoying smell. This will cure the smelly feet effectively.

Lavender oil:

Pour some warm water in a tub then add a small amount of lavender oil in it. Soak your feet in it and leave them there for a few minutes. By doing this, your feet will have a very great smell and all the bacteria will be destroyed. Moreover, to have the best results, you can pour a tiny amount of lavender oil and rub it onto your feet.

Ginger ointment:

Try to make a puree out of a small piece of fresh ginger. Then add this puree in a cup of hot boiling water and leave it there for about 10 minutes. After that, strain the mixture and you will get an ointment like substance which is very thick. Then start to rub it onto your feet before you go to sleep. Keep doing this for several days and you will soon see the results.

Cloves:

You can keep your feet fresh all day by placing some cloves in your shoes or sneakers.

Sugar:

Use sugar, water and alcohol then mix them together to create a thick consistency. Pour some warm water in a bucket then dip your feet in it for about 10 minutes. After that, pour the mixture on your feet and start using force to rub them. By doing this, the dead skin cells on your feet will be eliminated by the sugar scrub, and the bacteria living on your feet that cause the bad odor will be destroyed by the alcohol.



Vicks:

Find a bucket or a tub and then rub Vicks on its surface. After that, start pouring an amount of hot water in the container. Then dip your feet in it for roughly 10 minutes then pat them dry. Finally, you need to thoroughly apply baby powder to prevent your feet from sweating. Do this once a week and you will notice the difference.

Hand sanitizer:

You can destroy the annoyingly bad odor on your feet by applying hand sanitizer.

Neosporin:

Pour a small amount of Neosporin on your hands and start rubbing it onto your feet like you are applying a moisturizer.
