Best Green Keto Smoothie Recipe
This Green Keto Smoothie turned out quite nice! I don’t really like the taste of green smoothies although I have tried it many times with different combinations, but to be honest, I wasn’t expecting it will to taste this good!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup Coconut Milk Full Fat (I used Organic Coconut Milk Full Fat Trader Joe’s)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 6 drops peppermint oil or (5-6 large mint leaves)
- 1/2 tsp of lime juice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Liquid stevia to taste
Instructions:
- Place all of the ingredients except the ice into the blender.
- Blend on low speed until completely pureed.
- Add the crushed ice and blend.
- Taste to adjust sweetness.
- Pour the smoothie into glass and garnish with a slice of lime.
- Serve.
