Mixed Berries and Soy Milk Smoothie
This breakfast helped me lose the last of my “baby weight” after my youngest child was born. I’ve kept drinking it because it’s so healthy and tastes so good!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries
- 1 cup low-fat soy milk
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
Directions:
In a blender, combine the yogurt, berries, soy milk, wheat germ, and flaxseed oil. Process until smooth and frosty.
